You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days (14 days) without any further reasons.

The period of revocation shall be fourteen days (14 days) from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (Yalmans GmbH, Yalmans GmbH, Westerbergstr. 90, 38122 Braunschweig | DE278698772 HRB 203140 Amtsgericht Braunschweig, e-mail: [email protected]) by means of a clear declaration (e. g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the enclosed sample revocation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notice prior to the cancellation deadline.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from the difference between your delivery preference and the standard one offered by us), immediately and no later than within fourteen days (14 days) from the date on which we receive notice of your revocation of this contract. We will use the same refund means as you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than within fourteen days (14 days) of the day on which you inform us about the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the 14-day period.

For returns outside of Germany, the buyer bears the direct costs of the return of the goods , except for malfunction and / or broken items.

You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if it’s due to a handling of the goods which is not necessary for the examination of their condition, properties and functioning.

BULKY GOODS

We bear returning costs of our goods within Germany, except for bulky goods. The buyer bears the immediate cost of the return of bulky items. The costs are estimated at a maximum of about €30.00.
