EU Representation and Registration
A European Authorized Representative (EAR) is a legally required representative within the EU. If you wish to sell products like medical devices, electronics, or machinery in the EU, you need an EAR to communicate with authorities and ensure compliance with EU regulations.

The LUCID Packaging Register is a platform managed by the Central Agency Packaging Register (ZSVR) in Germany. Companies placing packaging on the German market must register their packaging here to comply with the Packaging Act (VerpackG).
All companies selling packaged products in Germany must register with the LUCID Packaging Register – regardless of the type of packaging (sales, transport, or shipping packaging).
